Consult Call


You might be thinking-
"I'm not ready to make big changes yet, my life is too crazy right now"
or

"I need to do more research before investing time into this"
You may have all kinds of reasons for wanting to put to put off changing your life. I get it, it's scary.

It's okay.

There's no paperwork (other than the basic info for scheduling)

It's only 15 minutes (a much more productive way to spend your coffee break than scrolling)

And I can assure you, this consult call is going to be the first baby step in some potent changes for you, whether we end up working together or not.

What happens on a consult call

The main purpose of a consult call is to find out if we are a good fit for working together. A big part of this is rapport. I want all of my clients to feel comfortable in sharing with me, so feeling this out is a primary goal for the call. 

Over the course of the call I will get to know you by asking some questions about your life, your health history, and your health goals.


Then i'll explain my process and what it looks like to work with me. I will give a loose outline of which protocols I think would work best for achieving your goals.

You will have time to ask whatever questions you have, and we can figure out any other logistics.
